The advantage of being a house of teas that is not boring, is that we always have interesting colors, textures and flavors to play around with. Also something that would be less toxic for the body is a tea cocktail.
While an iced tea can be made from most of our flavorful hot teas, there are certain heady cocktails that can really liven the evening up.
Cider Clubbing: If a spicy blend of apple, figs and chai sounds right up your alley, our Apple Cider Punch is a must. Infused with our Spiced Apple Rooibos tea and a warming base of rum, it’s a deliciously festive way to kick things up on the last few cold days of the year. Warning: may lead to table dancing.
- 2 Perfect spoonful Spiced Rooibos tea
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 oz rum
- orange& lemon slices
- thyme sprig
|Steep tea in hot water for 3 minutes, then strain into a measuring cup and discard leaves.|
|In an ice-filled glass, combine 1 oz rum, 4 oz of steeped tea and orange and lemon slices. Stir.|
|Garnish with a sprig of thyme. Bottoms up!|

- 2 Perfect spoonfuls Tahiti tea
- ½cup near-boiling water
- 1 dash angostura bitters
- cherry or strawberry
|Steep tea in near-boiling water for 5 minutes, then strain into a measuring cup and discard leaves.|
|In a champagne flute, add 2 teaspoons of steeped tea and a dash of bitters.|
|Top with champagne and decorate with a cherry or strawberry. Cheers!|
Comfy Night In: With bourbon, orange and our mandarin oolong tea, it’s the ritziest way to spend a cozy night in.
- 2 Perfect Spoonfuls mandarin oolong tea
- 1 ¼ cup water
- ¼cup sugar
- 1 oz bourbon
- orange peel
|Steep tea in 1 cup of near-boiling water for 5 minutes, then strain into a measuring cup and discard leaves.|
|Prepare a quick simple syrup by combining sugar and ¼ cup of water in a small pot. Simmer until dissolved, then remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.|
|In an old fashioned glass, add ice, simple syrup, bourbon, 2 oz of steeped tea and orange peel. Stir, sip and enjoy!|
