Pranic healing is an ancient practice that believes in cleansing and recharging the body through healing the chakras. The human body is comprised of seven energy sources or chakras which connect us to the universe. Stress, incorrect lifestyles & bad eating habits often play havoc with our energy sources & in turn effect the functioning of our bodies.

It comes as no surprise then that we can actually balance our chakras through herbs, spices & wait for it- a concoction of natural teas and tisanes!
