How do I know that my order is being processed?
You will receive an acknowledgement email from us on receipt of a successful order being placed by you on the website. This email states your order reference number (Order#) and also the product/s that have been ordered by you. We would advise you to save this email for any future reference until you receive the shipment. Once your order is ready for dispatch we shall send you a confirmation email with the dispatch shipping details.
What is your card policy? When do you charge my debit/credit card?
Your card is charged only when you receive the payment confirmation at our secure payments portal. This is after you have confirmed the items you wish to purchase and the delivery address.
In a debit/credit card transaction, you must use your own card. We will not be liable for any debit/credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on the user.
What should I do if I do not receive any order confirmation?
If you have not received any confirmation email on checkout of your shopping card and completion of payment then please contact us via email/ chat or telephone. However, sometimes a confirmation email may have reached your spam or junk folder so please check these folders as well to reconfirm that you have not received an order confirmation.
What to do If my details entered are wrong?
Your order confirmation email lists your contact details (email, phone number) and delivery address. If any of these have been entered wrongly then please let us know along with your order reference number as it may impact the delivery status of your product or we may not be able to get in touch with you to inform the dispatch details.
How soon should I expect may parcel to arrive?
Your order is processed as soon as we receive the order from your end and generally is ready in one working day. Please allow 3-7 days for shipping depending on your location. Orders are shipped daily except for Sundays and Public Holidays. Generally, please allow up to 1 week from placement of order to receive your parcel.
What is your delivery method and what would be the charges?
All orders are sent through reliable courier services (we use Dehlivery, FedEx, Bluedart, DTDC, Speedpost) and are generally delivered within 3-7 days from the date of despatch depending upon location of delivery.
We offer Free Express Shipping on all orders above Rs. 500 across India.
Orders below Rs. 500 attract a flat shipping charge of Rs. 100

Do you accept Cash on Delivery?
Yes, we do accept Cash on Delivery for shipping within India. There is a charge for this which will be stated upon checkout.
I would like to gift your product. Can I customise a note?
Yes, we do gift wrap or customise a note for you. Please mention this when you are completing the order confirmation and we shall revert to you. There are some charges involved but these are at actuals to make it possible for you to gift our range of Karma Kettle products.
Also, please specify the date you intend the gift to reach for a special occasion. We shall try our utmost to deliver on the specific date.
What is your Returns and Refunds Policy?
If the product has reached you in a damaged condition or within 1 (one) month or beyond the mentioned expiry date then it may be claimed for a return. The product will be replaced with an identical piece and shipped with no additional charges to you. Please make sure the product and receipt are saved to make such returns. Please inform us within 7 (seven) days (including weekend and holiday) of receiving a damaged/expired product so that we may initiate the return.
If we have mistakenly sent you the wrong product the standard delivery charge will also be refunded. The refund will only done after the receipt of the returned goods at our end and we shall send you your original ordered item/s.
We will not accept used or opened products and they will not be eligible for refund or return. Items purchased through special promotion, sales, or clearance are final sales and not eligible for returns or exchange.

I have just placed my order but would like to cancel it. How do I do that? Can I modify my order?
To cancel your order, please send us an email within 3 hours of placing it to email@example.com with your order details and your reference order number.
Yes, to modify your order please give us a call or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org at the earliest.
We cannot cancel orders after 3 hours and modifications cannot be done after the order is ready for dispatch.
The item I ordered is out of stock. Why was it on the website?
All items are subject to availability and we are regularly updating the stock position. However, due to non-availability of a specific ingredient there may be a situation where we are unable to supply an item or there may be an unexpected delay in despatch. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible and will offer to substitute the item for another item or we will offer a refund
