My Kundalini yoga instructor friends have been talking about this, so decided to give this a try. Highly recommend. Strong taste of ginger balances off nicely with honey. Perfect after my yoga class every morning.

A fairly good Chakra tea, ginger and honey are the predominant flavours here

I could literally smell the aroma of ginger when brewing chakra tea. It helped me a lot to heal from my cough and cold. I still have this tea every morning after waking up. Tea bags are pretty nice and i can see my tea leaves brewing instead of the tea dust which i got in previously used teabags by me.
