How to Brew

For most green and oolong teas:

1. Add 1 tea bag or 1–2 tsp of loose tea to a cup.
2. Add approximately 200 ml of hot water.
3. Allow to steep for 3–5 minutes.
4. Strain or remove the tea bag and enjoy.

For green teas, avoid using boiling water for a smoother, more delicate cup.

How to Enjoy It Iced

Several blends in this collection, particularly the Rose Green Tea with Lychee and Hibiscus Rose Green Tea with Apple, make excellent iced teas.

Steep the tea slightly stronger, allow it to cool, and serve over plenty of ice with fresh fruit or herbs.

How to Cold Brew

1. Place the tea in room-temperature water.
2. Refrigerate for 4–6 hours or overnight.
3. Strain and serve chilled over ice.

The slower infusion creates a smooth, refreshing cup with beautifully delicate fruit and floral notes.
