Ingredients
- 60 ml gin
- 1 Big Ben/Earl Grey tea bag (Black tea, organic rose petals, bergamot flavour)
- 3-4 saffron strands
- 90 ml Svami tonic water
- Ice cubes
- Rose petals
Method
- Infuse 60 ml Gin with a Big Ben tea bag. Add 3-4 saffron strands in it. Let it infuse for some time. Remove the tea bag.
- Add 90 ml svami tonic water.
- Add ice cubes.
- Garnish it with rose petals.
