Ingredients
2 cups of water
2 Karma Kettle Pinacolada tea bags
Honey as per your preferred sweetness
Half cup of Pineapple
Pineapple pieces & coconut chunks
Method:
Boil 2 cups of water
Add 2 Karma Kettle Pina Colada tea bags and honey as per your preferred sweetness
Let the tea soak in well and bring it to room temperature
Take half cup of Pineapple and blend it well in a mixer (optional: add sugar/ honey)
Now add the pineapple layer in 1/4 part of the Ice-cream mould and let it freeze for an hour
Then add the Ice-cream stick and let it freeze for another hour
Now time to add the Pina Colada Tea and Pineapple pieces & coconut chunks
Freeze it overnight and indulge in them on a hot Summer afternoon!
