1tsp Homemade gulkand
30ml tea concentrate (Paan Chai)
1tsp Honey
45ml Gin
splash of carbonated water
Method:
Tip the gin, gulkand, honey and Paan Chai concentrate in a shaker, then pour this over crushed ice and drizzle with carbonated water. Garnish with edible rose petals!
