Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour
4 tbsp coconut oil
4 tbsp sugar
Pinch of soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp matcha/ you can increase or decrease as per your taste
For Matcha Glaze:
1/2 tsp matcha powder
White chocolate
Milk
Method:
- Combine all the ingredients together (except glaze ingredients) and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into baking pans and bake at 180° for 10 minutes.
- For glazing, mix well the glaze ingredients and dip and freeze the donuts for 15-20 minutes.
- Garnish with dark chocolate spread and enjoy!
